Unlike conventional glass, fluorite virtually eliminates chromatic aberration (color fringing), resulting in breathtaking clarity and color accuracy. This allows you to resolve the finest feather details on a distant bird or subtle color variations in wildlife without distracting purple or green halos.

Kowa pairs the fluorite objective with high grade XD lenses in the eyepiece, matched to enhance the performance of the 55mm fluorite crystal lens.
