Shipping & Returns
Upon reception of your order, you have 14 days to ask to return an item for a store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds. To obtain a full store credit less shipping cost (both ways), the returned products must be in new unopened condition and contain all the original package components.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Once we receive the returned product, we'll proceed to an inspection of it. we will make sure all the original packaging is present, as well as inspect the product for any dings, scratches, etc. If the product shows signs of use, we may deduct a restocking fee from your credit.
You should expect to receive your credit within a week of our reception of your package.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Currently, our website can automatically calculate shipping fees for orders in Canada. If you live outside Canada, please Contact Us and we will prepare you a custom shipping quote.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you find an incoherent shipping price on our website, please contact us and we'll apply a correction, if necessary.
