Baader Planetary & Moon Filters

Baader Planetarium planetary and Moon filters improve contrast and reduce glare when observing or imaging bright Solar System targets. The Contrast-Booster reduces false colour in achromatic refractors, and the Moon & Skyglow filter tames lunar brightness while boosting contrast.

For specialized work, the U-Venus filter (350nm) reveals cloud structure on Venus and the Methane filter (889nm) shows Jupiter and Saturn in methane absorption. Individual colour filters and a 6-colour set are also available.
