    Gen 2 vs. Gen 1: A Critical Compatibility Note

    This Gen 2 Filter Drawer is a complete redesign focused on light leak prevention and mechanical stability. As a result, the physical dimensions of the filter holder have changed. Spare filter holders purchased for the first-generation (Gen 1) ZWO M42 filter drawer are not compatible with this Gen 2 housing, and vice-versa. This drawer is a self-contained system and should not be mixed with first-generation components.
