Caractéristiques

L'objectif HyperStar 8 convertit un SCT Celestron 8" standard de f/10 à f/1.9, ce qui rend le système 25 fois plus rapide. Cela signifie des expositions 25 fois plus courtes ! Vous pouvez maintenant capturer des images du ciel profond sans guidage et sans coin équatorial (en configuration alt-az) L'objectif HyperStar raccourcit la distance focale du télescope, ce qui donne un champ de vision beaucoup plus large et une plus grande tolérance aux erreurs de suivi, permettant une imagerie alt-az non guidée.

L'HyperStar 8 est compatible avec une variété de caméras, y compris CCD, CMOS et DSLR. L'HyperStar 8 couvre jusqu'à une taille de capteur de 28 mm. Des adaptateurs séparés sont nécessaires pour différentes caméras. Un adaptateur est inclus avec l'objectif HyperStar.

FAQ

Ai-je besoin du tiroir à filtre pour utiliser les filtres avec l'HyperStar ?

Non, l'adaptateur de caméra standard fourni avec l'HyperStar permet l'utilisation d'un filtre monté de 2 pouces. Ceci est idéal pour la pollution lumineuse ou les filtres IR/Cut lors de l'utilisation d'une caméra couleur monocoup. Cependant, le curseur de filtre est idéal pour les changements de filtre rapides lors de l'utilisation d'un appareil photo monochrome.

Les HyperStars sont-ils difficiles à focaliser ?

Les HyperStars ne sont pas plus difficiles à focaliser que n'importe quel autre système optique. Les HyperStars peuvent être mis au point avec précision avec les masques Bahtinov, les autofocus (c'est-à-dire l'autofocus MicroTouch ) et tout logiciel affichant une valeur d'étoile Full-Width Half-Max. Cependant, le rapport F/Ratio rapide rend le backfocus de l'appareil photo beaucoup plus critique. C'est pourquoi les adaptateurs de caméra HyperStar doivent être précisément à +- 0,5 mm du backfocus de la caméra.

Pourquoi dois-je spécifier mon type de montage ?

Nous demandons le type de montage pour déterminer si vous aurez besoin d'un contrepoids livré avec votre HyperStar ou non. Les montures GEM peuvent s'adapter à l'équilibre de l'HyperStar en déplaçant la lunette vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière sur la monture, tandis que les télescopes montés sur fourche ne peuvent pas bouger sur la monture et nécessitent un contrepoids.

Quels télescopes sont compatibles ?

Les télescopes SCT C8 compatibles Fastar équipés en usine ont un ensemble de miroir secondaire amovible, permettant l'utilisation de l'objectif HyperStar 8. Si votre lunette est un modèle plus ancien et ne dispose pas d'un miroir secondaire compatible Faster équipé en usine, vous pouvez commander un kit de conversion C8 pour le rendre compatible avec HyperStar.
