Askar Telescopes

Askar telescopes are apochromatic refractors and astrographs made mainly for astrophotography, in several optical designs. The SQA Petzval quintuplets such as the SQA85 and SQA130 and the FRA quintuplets are fast and wide, the PHQ quadruplets and F flat-field models give longer focal lengths with a flat field, and the APO triplets from the 120APO to the 185APO suit high-resolution work.

The 50P, an f/3.8 quadruplet, is a very compact option for wide fields.
