• Focusers and mechanicals: Travel checked for smoothness and slip under load, with tension adjusted where needed.
• Completeness recorded: We list what is included — cables, caps, adapters, cases — because missing accessories are the most common disappointment in a used purchase.
• Cosmetic condition stated: Marks and wear are described rather than photographed favourably.

How do I know a used telescope's optics are good?
