Atik ACIS CMOS Cameras

Atik ACIS cameras are cooled CMOS astronomy cameras designed for deep-sky imaging, with the model number giving the sensor resolution in megapixels: ACIS 2.4, 7.1 and 12.3.

Each model comes in mono and color versions. The 2.4 suits small targets and long focal lengths, the 7.1 is a versatile middle ground, and the 12.3 covers wider fields. Regulated cooling helps keep calibration frames consistent from night to night.
