Baader AstroSolar Solar Filters

Baader AstroSolar is a white-light solar filter film used for safe views of sunspots, granulation and solar eclipses. The OD 5.0 film and the newer ClearWhite OD 5.1 film are rated for visual use, while the OD 3.8 Photo Film is reserved for cameras only.

The line covers ready-made filters for telescopes (80-280mm), binoculars and spotting scopes, film sheets for building your own filter, and an AstroSolar eclipse viewer.
