Explore Scientific FCD100 Series APO Refractors

Explore Scientific FCD100 Series refractors are triplet apochromats that use FCD100 extra-low dispersion glass for tight color correction. Models include the ED80 and ED102 air-spaced triplets and a 127mm f/7.5 triplet with a 2.5" HEX focuser, offered in carbon fiber or aluminum, with a carbon fiber ED102 as well.

Bundles add a 0.8x focal reducer, a field flattener for f/5 to f/7, or the iEXOS-100-02 tracker for a complete imaging setup. They suit deep-sky imaging and high-contrast views of planets and double stars.
