Explore Scientific Focal Extenders

Explore Scientific Focal Extenders multiply the focal length of your telescope to raise magnification, using a telecentric design rather than a simple Barlow layout. They come in 2x and 3x for both 1.25" and 2" eyepieces, plus a 5x in 1.25".

A telecentric extender keeps eye relief and field illumination close to the eyepiece's native behavior, which helps with wide-field eyepieces. The 3x and 5x models suit planetary imaging and high-power views of the Moon, planets and double stars.
