Orion Optics UK Dew Control

Orion Optics UK dew control products keep secondary mirrors and front optics clear of dew during long sessions. The range includes dew heaters for 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20" and 24" secondary mirrors, carbon dew heaters for the AG14/ODK14, AG16/ODK16 and larger ODK telescopes, and matching carbon fibre dew shields for the AG8 and OMC-200.

Secondary heaters matter most on open truss tubes, where the secondary mirror radiates heat to the sky and fogs first.
