Shelyak FIGU Fiber Injection and Guiding Units

Shelyak FIGU units are fiber injection and guiding units that sit at the telescope focus. They send the star's light into a 50 µm optical fiber while a guide camera keeps the star centered on the fiber entrance. The fiber then carries the light to a spectrograph installed away from the telescope, which keeps the instrument stable and the load on the mount light.

Two versions match the focal ratio of your telescope: the FIGU F/6 and the FIGU F/9.
