TeleVue Powermate Image Amplifiers

TeleVue Powermate image amplifiers increase the effective focal length of a telescope like a Barlow, but use a four-element design that keeps the magnification factor steady and limits vignetting, which makes them well suited to imaging.

The range includes 2.5x and 5x Powermates in 1.25" and 2x and 4x in 2". T-ring adapters such as the PMT-2200 and PMT-4201 connect a camera directly for planetary and lunar imaging.
