    The Dew-Not DN003 heater strip prevents dew on most 2" eyepieces and a number of 50 mm telescopes and finder/guide scopes, with a 9.0-inch total length. Operating on 12V DC, it draws 0.35A and is rated at 4.2W, with an 8-inch heating element. A 6 ft power cord with a molded RCA plug connects it to a standard dew heater controller (sold separately).

    Unlike resistance wire heaters that can create hot spots, this USA-made strip uses a patented thick-film heater technology. With 66% of the surface area actively emitting heat, the Dew-Not DN003 distributes warmth evenly across your optics, with no localized hot spots or burnouts often associated with resistance wire heaters.

    9-inch Strip with 6 ft Cord for 2" Eyepieces & 50mm Scopes

    The 9.0" strip wraps around your 2" eyepiece or 50 mm scope and fastens with an elastic Velcro tag on the soft cloth exterior. Insulation behind the cloth keeps the heat where you need it for more efficient use of your power. The integrated 6 ft power cord terminates in a standard RCA plug, making it compatible with standard dew heater controllers.
