    Why won't this adapter work with my Tele Vue NP101is telescope?

    The Tele Vue "IS" or "Imaging System" telescopes, like the NP101is, are not listed by Starlight for this adapter, which it marks "Not for Tele Vue IS Systems". Starlight makes a separate 2.0" adapter for the Tele Vue IS models.

    What is the benefit of this adapter for imaging Jupiter with my TV-102?

    Using this adapter to mount a Feather Touch focuser on your TV-102 provides the micro-fine focus control essential for high-magnification planetary imaging.
