Dual-Layer Design for Heat and Light Control
The outer layer is TeleGizmos' solar material, a multi-layer polyethylene with a fully aluminized surface, originally developed for NASA as an insulator in spacecraft. On the hood it is there to keep you cool. The inner layer is a black opaque liner that provides light blockage.
