    The Wanderer Astro RASA36 Adapter for FilterCube (WFC50AR36) is the mandatory kit for mounting the Wanderer FilterCube 50 onto a Celestron RASA 36 astrograph. The two-ring kit supports cameras with either 17.5mm or 12.5mm of back focus.

    Mandatory RASA 36 Integration: Achieving Correct Back Focus

    This adapter kit is mandatory if you plan to install the Wanderer FilterCube 50 on a Celestron RASA 36. On its own, the FilterCube has a 60.3mm optical thickness and works with 12.5mm back focus cameras on a RASA 11; on a RASA 36 it supports cameras with up to 17.5mm back focus only with this kit.

    Dual-Ring System: Configuring for 17.5mm and 12.5mm Cameras

    The kit includes two adapter rings, one large and one small. Your camera's back focus determines which combination of rings you use.

    • For 17.5mm Back Focus Cameras: Attach only the large adapter ring to the front of the FilterCube.
    • For 12.5mm Back Focus Cameras: Install the small adapter ring between the large adapter ring and the FilterCube.
