Fast and sharp optics

One of the most notable optical features of the RedCat 51 is its integrated field flattener, which effectively corrects field curvature over a 43mm imaging circle, ensuring pinpoint sharpness of stars and objects across the entire field of view. The telescope's sophisticated multi-element optics composed of high quality synthetic fluorite FPL-53 and FPL-51 glass are meticulously designed to minimize chromatic aberration, resulting in crystal-clear renditions of deep sky objects.

Important note: Unlike previous versions of the RedCat, this II-U version can't be used visually. The WO-D-EP90-125-RC51-SL erecting prism will not fit.
