Often yes. Many manufacturers maintain service stock well beyond a product's sales life and supply it to dealers. Tell us the model and the part and we will check.

I do not know the part number. Can you still help?

Yes. Send us a photograph and the equipment model and we will identify it. Part numbers for fasteners and small components are rarely documented for customers anyway.

Why do plastic parts fail in winter?

Polymers become brittle at low temperatures, and a gear or knob that flexes fine at room temperature can crack at minus 25 under normal force. Metal replacements exist for some common failures.

What if the part is not available?

We can often repair the assembly in-house or fabricate a functional replacement, which is usually faster and cheaper than replacing the whole component.
