APM 100 mm SD APO Binokular 90° FCD100 doublet with set eyepieces UF24
New:Large binoculars with improved color correction !

This sphericalexcellently corrected 2-element FCD100 SD APObinocular offers an extremely high contrast. In the basic equipment we haveincluded 1 set 24mm eyepieces. The focal position was chosen so that Tele VueDelos, Nagler, panoptic, and the Docter 12.5 mm UWA eyepiece can be focused.

Sliding dew shields with front cover plate, a carrying handlewith sighting device, a photo tripod adapter with 3/8 "thread connection, and 2 eyepieces with 23 fold magnification are integrated.

To keep theweight to a minimum, the binoculars housing is made of magnesium.

Areas of application for the APM 100 mm 90° SD-Apo Binocular:

  • Astronomy - the 90° angled view provides comfortable observing
  • Observation binoculars - also for distant objects (for example target)
  • Bird watching, animal observing, nature viewing

Waterproofed and nitrogen filled !

Delivery contents:

  • Binocular 100 mm 90° with 4 Covers
  • Photo Tripod Adapter with 1/4 Inch Photo Thread
  • Transporting Handle
  • 1 Set 18mm or 24 mm Ultra Flat Field Eyepieces = 30.5 x Power

Customer opinion:
The SD Bino exceeds my expectations by far, it is in fact an Apo double refractor which is also very sharp at 137x. No Asti, no coma, spherically well corrected - both tubes around 95% Strehl. And the color correction is fantastic: Even defocused there is no color at Jupiter, Wega is white and not yellowish, you can't see any color fringes anyway, and even the scintillation doesn't make any "color splashes". Since the two tubes capture different seeing, the image impression is also better than with a Bino approach. I hadn't thought about it before.
Make great pleasure with every enlargement, and I congratulate you on this excellent development!
