Askar N Newtonian Astrographs

The Askar N series is a line of Newtonian astrographs, and this collection holds the Askar N160 f/3.6. With 160mm of aperture and a very fast focal ratio, it gathers a lot of signal in short exposures and frames large nebulae, galaxy groups and rich star fields at a moderate focal length.

It suits imagers who want more aperture than a small refractor in a tube that a mid-size equatorial mount can carry. As with any fast Newtonian, collimation and precise focus matter.
