iOptron HEM mounts are hybrid equatorial mounts that use strain wave gearing to deliver a high payload in a light, compact head. They are designed for portable astrophotography where carrying weight matters.

This collection includes the HEM27 and the larger HEM44, along with the HEM27/HEM44 counterweight bar, which adds balance and stability when you mount heavier telescopes and imaging trains.
