Optolong CLS Light Pollution Filters

Optolong CLS light pollution filters are broadband filters that cut the light of common streetlights while passing most of the emission from nebulae. The line has two versions: the CLS, intended for DSLR and mirrorless cameras that keep their internal IR-cut filter, and the CLS-CCD, which adds infrared blocking for astronomy cameras without one.

They are a simple first filter for color imaging or visual use from suburban skies, with a mild color shift that is easy to balance in processing.
