Optolong Light Pollution Filters

Optolong light pollution filters are broadband filters that reduce sky glow from artificial lighting while keeping a natural color balance on stars and galaxies. The collection includes the L-Pro, the CLS and CLS-CCD, the Clear Sky filter, and an L-Pro + UHC clip filter kit for cameras that accept clip-in filters.

Unlike narrowband or dual-band filters, they suit galaxies, star clusters and reflection nebulae as well as emission nebulae, for color imaging from suburban sites.
