    The Dew-Not DN007 heater strip is engineered to prevent dew formation on 6" telescopes by delivering even warmth. This 20.5" strip operates on 12 V DC, drawing 0.80 A to produce 9.6 W of heating power. Its 6 ft power cord with a molded RCA plug connects it to a standard dew heater controller (sold separately).

    Designed specifically for 6" class telescopes, the DN007 has a full strip length of 20.5" (52.1 cm), and closes with Velcro for flexibility and a secure fit. It is cloth covered with foam insulation on the outer side for maximum efficiency and performance.

    9.6W Thick-Film Heater for Even Heat Distribution

    At the heart of the strip is a 19.5" long thick-film heating element that generates 9.6 W of power. Unlike resistance-wire designs, sixty-six percent of the surface area emits heat, for more even heat distribution and no localized hot spots or burnouts often associated with resistance wire heaters.

    12V DC Operation with a 6 ft RCA Cord

    The Dew-Not heater operates on standard 12 V DC power, drawing 0.80 A. The attached 6 ft (1.83 m) power cord terminates in a standard RCA plug, compatible with standard dew heater controllers (sold separately).
