Shelyak Star Analyser Grating Filters

Shelyak Star Analyser gratings are transmission diffraction gratings mounted in a standard 1.25" filter cell. Placed in front of a camera, they spread each star's light into a spectrum next to its image, an easy first step into spectroscopy for classifying stars or spotting emission lines in novae and nebulae.

The Star Analyser 100 gives a compact spectrum and the Star Analyser 200 doubles the dispersion. Accessories include a spacer, a Star Analyser 200 mounting kit and a 3.8° prism.
