The Askar 120 APO is a premium 120 mm triplet apochromatic refractor designed for both astrophotography and visual astronomy. Its air-spaced triplet optics with ED glass deliver sharp, high-contrast images with virtually no chromatic aberration, making it ideal for capturing deep-sky objects and fine lunar or planetary detail.

Featuring a robust 3.5" dual-speed rack-and-pinion focuser, retractable dew shield, and CNC-machined rings with Vixen-style dovetail, the Askar 120 APO combines precision engineering with practical usability. Its modular design supports optional accessories, including a dedicated 1.0× field flattener and 0.8× reducer, giving you the flexibility to adapt the telescope for wide-field astrophotography or high-resolution imaging.

Despite its generous aperture, the OTA weighs only 6.5 kg and collapses to 722 mm for easy transport—perfect for both backyard setups and remote dark-sky trips.
