Player One Warranty Policy

All Player One products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

If your product experiences any issues during the warranty period, please return it for inspection and verification.

Warranty Coverage

For approved warranty repairs:

  • The customer is responsible only for the shipping cost to return the product to Player One or the authorized dealer.
  • No additional repair fees will be charged.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The warranty or replacement period has expired.
  • Valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided, or is suspected to be forged or altered.
  • The returned product does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging.
  • The product shows damage caused by user error.
  • No defect is found after inspection and testing.
  • Damage is caused by unauthorized use, modification, improper installation, or improper operation.
  • Damage is caused by exposure to moisture or foreign substances such as water, oil, sand, etc.
  • Product labels or serial numbers have been altered or tampered with.
  • Damage results from external causes such as drops, fire, flood, lightning, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Proof of carrier-issued transit damage is not provided when applicable.
  • Any other circumstance stated in this policy.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, repair may be available at additional cost. A repair estimate will be provided by email for approval before the product is returned.
