The Dew-Not Heater Strip for 3" scopes is a US-made dew prevention tool that draws 0.50 A to deliver 6 W of even heat. Its 13.0" total length houses a 12" thick-film heating element powered by a 12 V DC source via its 6 ft cord and standard RCA plug.

This 13.0" (33.0 cm) heater strip is specifically sized to wrap around the optical tube of 3" telescopes. A Velcro closure gives a flexible, secure fit.
6 W Thick-Film Heater: Even Heat Distribution
At the core of this strip is a thick-film heater that operates at 12 V DC. Unlike resistance wire heaters, this design utilizes sixty-six percent of its surface for heat emission, for more even heat distribution along the 12" element and no localized hot spots or burnouts often associated with resistance wire heaters.
6 ft Power Cord and Insulated Build
The strip is built with a cloth cover and foam insulation on the outer side, for maximum efficiency and performance. It connects to your power source via a 6 ft (1.83 m) cord, terminating in a standard RCA plug for use with standard dew heater controllers (sold separately).
