    The Dew-Not Heater Strip (DN005) is made for 4" telescopes and is rated at 7.3 watts to prevent dew from forming on your optics. Its 15.4-inch strip wraps around your optical tube and draws 0.61 amps at 12V DC. An attached 6-foot power cord with a molded RCA plug connects it to your dew controller.

    Thick-Film Heating: 66% Surface Area for Even Heat Distribution

    Unlike traditional resistance-wire heaters that can create hot spots, this Dew-Not strip uses patented thick-film technology. With sixty-six percent of the surface area actively emitting heat, the strip warms your optics evenly. There are no localized hot spots or burnouts often associated with resistance wire heaters.

    Designed for 4" Telescopes: A 15.4" Strip with Velcro Closure

    This 15.4" heater strip is made for 4" telescopes. A Velcro closure gives a flexible, secure fit, and the strip is cloth covered with foam insulation on the outer side for maximum efficiency and performance. It is proudly made in the USA.

    Power and Control: 7.3W Draw via a 6 ft RCA Cord

    Operating on a standard 12V DC power source, the heater draws 7.3 watts (0.61 amps). The integrated 6-foot cord terminates in a standard RCA plug, making it compatible with standard dew heater controllers (sold separately).
