What makes the Nanuk Shoulder Strap more comfortable than a standard strap?
The Nanuk Shoulder Strap uses neoprene with Aircell™ comfort technology. This design features small air pockets that cushion the load, distributing weight more evenly across your shoulder to significantly reduce fatigue and pressure points when carrying a heavy case.
How do I attach the Nanuk Shoulder Strap to my case?
The strap is designed to attach directly to the built-in anchor points on compatible Nanuk cases. No additional tools or hardware are required for installation, making it a simple and quick upgrade.
I have a Nanuk 935 case for my camera gear. Will this strap help when traveling through an airport?
Yes, absolutely. The Nanuk Shoulder Strap is ideal for situations like carrying a Nanuk 935 through an airport. The Aircell technology helps manage the weight of camera bodies and lenses, freeing up your hands and reducing strain while you navigate terminals.
Is the Nanuk Shoulder Strap durable enough for outdoor fieldwork with a Nanuk 925 case?
Yes. The 925 is among the NANUK 905 to 945 cases the strap fits, and the neoprene strap attaches without any additional hardware. The IP67 rating belongs to the case; NANUK gives no IP rating for the strap itself.
Which Nanuk cases are compatible with this shoulder strap?
The shoulder strap is designed for a broad range of Nanuk cases. It attaches to the standard anchor points found on most NANUK 905 to 945 cases. Only the 909 and 938 are not compatible.
What is the Nanuk Shoulder Strap made of?
The strap is made of neoprene with Aircell™ comfort technology. The IP67 rating applies to NANUK cases, not to the strap.
